Kärcher China:
In 2002, Kärcher's first wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary was established in Shanghai, which opened the prelude to Kärcher's comprehensive service in the Chinese market. Adhering to the "customer-centric" tenet, Kärcher China has established a complete and countrywide marketing service system, including over 500 distribution networks, 100 large chain stores mainly based on Sam member stores, and more than 20 mainstream e-commerce platforms. At the same time, the after-sales service system has been established, composed of nearly 100 service suppliers to provide good service to Chinese customers.
After 20 years of development, Kärcher China has established an investment company, a trading company, a production base in Changshu and the most advanced R&D centre in the Asia-Pacific region. With the expansion of the market share in China, 23 Kärcher centres have been established in mainland China, including the head office in Changshu and 8 subsidiaries in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xian, Hangzhou, etc. These centres have further enhanced Kärcher's operations in China.
