The Business Services Association (BSA) is a policy and research organisation bringing together all those who are interested in delivering efficient, flexible and cost effective service and infrastructure projects across the private and public sectors. The BSA’s Cleaning Committee provides a forum for members to share industry best practice, including on skills and training, draw up messaging about the sector and represent the interests of cleaning service providers to stakeholders.
